Big Eagle

By: Shahbaz Saleem

My name is Shahbaz Saleem. The meaning of Shahbaz is big eagle. I was born on 6th March, 1996. I am 14 years old and I live in Abbottabad. I attend the Al- Imtiaz Academy which is situated on Mansehra Road, Supply Bazaar. I read in class 8 and my class teacher’s name is Ms. Nadia. She is very punctual and dutiful. I pray five times a day and recite the Holy Quran regularly
.

I have very loving and caring family. Family means a group of people who love each other. There are five members in my family. My father’s name is Saleem Akhtar and he is a businessman. My mother’s name is Shamshad Bibi and she is a housewife. I have one brother and one sister. My elder sister, Maryum Bibi, is in class 11. She is very intelligent and obedient. My younger brother, Saifullah Saleem, is in class 4. I love my siblings because they both are very cute and handsome. I like to play football with my younger brother when I am free.

Playing football is my favorite hobby. Football is the most popular game all over the world because it is a very interesting game. In my opinion, Messi from Argentina is the best player because his passing is very fantastic. Messi is also the captain of the Argentinan team. I play football in leisure time with my friends. I love football because it makes men strong and keeps them fit and healthy. I also like to read books in my spare time. I have read several books but my favorite Book is the Holy Quran because it is the Book of Allah. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.) is the last prophet of Allah. Good books give good expression to people and help the readers become better people. Quran is the only one Book which gives information about Islam. I also exchange books with my friends and we share our views with each other.

I have many friends, but Noman is my best friend because he is a very honest person. For example, I gave him some money and asked him to give it to my brother. He honestly gave the money to my brother. I was very pleased with his truthfulness.

In short, hobbies, family and friends are very important in my life. We should all obey the orders of our parents because they are our best friends and guide us; they help us whenever we need help. A friend in need is a friend indeed. These things and people make my life more meaningful.

This student forgot to post his blog up last year.
